Prerequisites – CSP and Partner Center Readiness
Before placing any LS Central SaaS order, the partner must complete the following prerequisites:
Become an Indirect Reseller under Microsoft CSP
The partner must be enrolled as an Indirect Reseller in Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program and have the CSP relationship linked to LS Retail. This is mandatory to transact LS Central SaaS licenses and manage customers in Partner Center.
This step is carried out by the LS Retail Partner Management team, in close collaboration with the partner, to ensure that the CSP setup and relationship linking are completed correctly.

Ability to Work in Microsoft Partner Center
The partner must be able to work in Microsoft Partner Center, including:
- Managing customers and subscriptions
- Sending reseller relationship requests
- Managing delegated administration permissions
At least one user in the partner tenant must have appropriate roles (typically Global Admin or Admin Agent) assigned.
